This newly built, semi-finished stone house is located at the quiet, traditional village,
at a distance of 3 km from the sandy, tropical beafh of the region of Kalamata. It is
one of the first attempts in building new, stone houses at the area. It is a ground floor
construction of 100 m², in a piece of land that measures 500 m², and it impresses with
its simplicity and its complete integration in the village environment. Without insulting
the traditional architecture it constitutes a model example of a Greek traditional

This house features a large living and dining room with a fireplace and a kitchen. An
imposing internal stone wall seperates the living room from the two spacious bedrooms,
the bathroom and the toilet. On the outside, as an extension of the house, there are 2
semi-open spaces (verandas), with tiled roof, supporrted by stone columns. The materials
that have been used are stone and wood. The tiled roof is insulated and the tiles for the
floors will be of high quality and in earth colours. The doors and windows will be
traditional, simple and of course, made of wood.
