This fine hotel
has 190 m² 3-storey traditional house.
The original building is dated
from the 18th century. In 1996 it was fully rebuilt according to the highest
quality
standards in architecture, construction and infrastructure.
At year 1996
the original building was totally rebuilt. The old outside face was
properly maintained as the original house, in accordance with the local
authorities, which had declared it a listed building.
During the complete
rebuilt, new timber on floors, beams, doors and windows
(double glazing) were installed. Extensive and costly renovations took place,
including the construction of new wooden stairs from the ground floor to the
first floor and from the first floor to the second floor and new internal
stairs of
two studios to the upper level bed stage.
The building
consists of three floors - ground, first and second - each of which
occupies an area of exactly 63,17 m². The ground floor
consists of one shop of
63,17 m², which is presently rented and working as a
well-known wine bar, and
the house entrance of 2 m² and the landing to the first floor.
The first floor
consists of 2 independent studios and the second floor consists of 3
independent studios. Each of the 5 studios is fully furnished
with double bed and
cupboards and with its own w/c, shower and sink. All the studios are also
fitted
with fridge/freezer and cooking facilities, TV and central vacuum facilities
and

At the first
floor, there is a balcony in one of the studios facing the historical
Street. The roof of both the studios is made of large wooden beams and on
top
is concrete. The concrete is then covered with thermal insulation materials.
At the
second floor, there is a large open space (balcony) in one of the studios.
The ceilings of all the studios are from large site beams. On top of the roof
there
are fitted two sun/water heaters with electric backup heaters covering all
studios
necessities, and a TV antenna.
The building
is connected to the local central sewage system, water authorities
and electricity network. The tubing and networking infrastructure is top-quality.
There is also extensive internal wiring for TV antennas and telephone points.
